Guiding families of children ages 6 months to 6 years to meet nutrition needs through responsive feeding, developmentally appropriate strategies, and a healthy relationship with food.

We offer assessment, intervention, and nutrition counselling for infants and young children to support healthy growth, development, and a positive relationship with food.

Our services support families with a wide range of nutrition and feeding concerns, including:

  • Introducing solids and guidance on milk alternatives

  • Picky eating and selective eating behaviors

  • Growth and weight gain concerns

  • Neurodivergent feeding differences

  • Pediatric constipation and other gut health concerns

  • Nutrient deficiency concerns (e.g., iron, vitamin B12)

  • Food allergies, sensitivities, and intolerances

  • Dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, etc.)
